- How is it different from the Deep Shot?The key difference is that the Ultra Tune operates at a frequency approximately 20 times higher than the Deep Shot,providing more powerful RF elasticity care without the need for a separate gel. Additionally,while the Deep Shot combines RF and ultrasound waves, recommended for use 2-3 times a week,the UltraTune combines RF and MC technology, making it suitable for daily use.
- Can I use it daily?Yes, it can be used daily. You can use it 1 to 3 times a day, and for each session, we recommend using it for 5 to 10minutes. However, since everyone’s skin condition is different, please adjust the usage frequency and time according toyour skin’s needs.
- Do I need to use a special gel with it?Ultra Tune can be used without a special gel. Just ensure that your basic skincare products have been fully absorbedbefore using the device.
- I don’t feel any warmth during use, or it feels weak at times.1. Ensure that all six tips are in full contact with the skin. For safety reasons, energy is only delivered when all sixtips are touching the skin.
2. If you move too slowly or stop in one area, even briefly, the device will automatically adjust the energy output forsafe use. Please make sure to move the device slowly and continuously without pausing. - Is it normal to feel warmth after using the device?The RF care generates heat within the skin to boost elasticity. The residual warmth is temporary, so you can continueusing it with confidence.
- Can I use it around the eye area?You can use it around the eyes, but we recommend using the first intensity level. Avoid using it on your eyelids ordirectly under the eyes.
- My skin is red after using the device. Should I apply soothing care?You may feel some heat after using Ultra Tune, but this is a temporary effect that will naturally subside over time. Ifyour skin becomes stressed, please use a lower intensity level.
